Frequently Asked
Questions

Everything you need to know about our lead generation services, pricing models, and working process.

CPA (Cost Per Action)

Payment for a qualified lead or confirmed appointment. You pay only for results that meet the agreed-upon quality criteria.

CPL (Cost Per Lead)

Payment for every lead that passes basic filters (geo / category), without deep qualification. Best suited if you have a strong internal sales team to handle further nurturing.

Hybrid

A small monthly fixed fee (for setup, tracking stack, and campaign management) + CPA for qualified results. Ideal for a fast launch with transparent risk-sharing.

Recommendation: If you need a direct link to results and predictable lead quality - choose CPA or Hybrid.

Qualified Lead Definition

A Qualified Lead is a submission that meets your agreed Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) - correct service category and geography - includes valid contact details (phone / email), shows clear intent (booking or application), and contains no duplicates or spam.

Exclusivity

All leads are exclusive: each contact is delivered to a single client in real time.

We replace or credit leads in cases of:

- Invalid contact information - Non-targeted geography - Evident fraud or bot activity

Process

Replacement requests are accepted within the agreed window (typically 7-10 business days) and must include the lead ID and a short reason for the request. After validation, you'll receive either a replacement or a credit.

Preparation Phase

Typical preparation phase: 5-10 business days (access setup, CRM / GHL integrations, domains, tracking, creatives).

First Results

First qualified leads usually appear within 1-3 weeks after campaign launch, followed by unit-economics review and progressive scaling.

Systems

We work either inside your CRM or within our GoHighLevel (GHL) environment.

Data Ownership

All data - leads, event logs, creatives - belong to the client. Access and data exports are provided by default.
